Customers are required to send the product back as per the provided guidelines.
Refund Process

Refund Method
Refunds will be issued through the method agreed upon with the customer. This may include bank transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash, depending on the customer’s preference and convenience.
Shipping Costs
Original delivery charges are non-refundable. In most cases, the cost of returning the item will be the responsibility of the customer. However, if the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as receiving a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for items that are defective or incorrectly delivered. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, an alternative solution such as a refund may be provided.
